A Construction Company
Dentist Office Rebuild
Mercury Maine completed a full exterior and structural renovation of this commercial building as part of its conversion into a modern dental office. Working from architectural plans, our team completed structural framing for a new reception area, new window openings, and a covered front entrance.
The project included complete replacement of the building's siding, exterior windows, and doors, along with new sheathing where needed. Throughout construction, we performed extensive demolition, structural modifications, rot repair, wall reconstruction, and reframing to accommodate design changes and existing building conditions.
Additional improvements included two custom rear decks built with Trex® decking, powder-coated aluminum railings, and PVC skirt boards, as well as a new roof over the utility meter area.
This project highlights our ability to successfully manage complex commercial renovations while delivering quality craftsmanship from start to finish.

Custom Basement Renovation
Mercury Maine transformed this unfinished basement into a fully customized living space designed for both comfort and functionality. The project involved a complete renovation from the ground up, including new flooring, walls, ceilings, and a custom-built stairwell featuring intricate all-wood detailing and craftsmanship.
The space was thoughtfully designed with custom features throughout, including a kitchenette, built-in storage solutions, and a hidden closet concealed behind a custom bookshelf. Every detail was carefully considered to create a finished space that feels intentional, inviting, and unique to the homeowner’s needs.
This project showcases our ability to combine detailed carpentry, creative design solutions, and quality craftsmanship to transform underutilized areas of a home into beautiful, functional spaces built to be enjoyed for years to come.

Outdoor Living Space Transformation
What began as a deck reconstruction project evolved into a complete outdoor living space transformation. Our team rebuilt the structural framing beneath the existing porch, reconstructed the front and rear decks, and upgraded all decking with low-maintenance Trex® in the homeowner’s selected color, Biscayne.
As the project progressed, the scope expanded to include removal of the original porch roof, repair of any associated rot, and construction of a new shed-style roof to create a more open and modern appearance. We also enlarged both the covered and exposed deck areas, relocated the stair access, insulated the floor system, and converted the deck apron from traditional lattice to a clean vertical-slat design.
The completed project features Trex Signature® X Series railings, a rear cable railing system, new windows and doors throughout the porch, and Kleer® PVC trim and fascia for long-term durability. The result is a custom three-season retreat that combines expanded outdoor living space, improved functionality, and high-quality craftsmanship designed to be enjoyed for many years.
